Add a Backup Email Address to use the Forgot my Password Feature
If you are a c4.net or Cape Cod Computer mail customer, we would encourage you to add a Backup Email Address to your mail account information. Please note this only applies to our mail customers. SmarterMail has a new password reset option available for email accounts which have configured a backup email address. In order to use the "Forgot your Password" feature you must first log into your SmarterMail account and add a Backup Email Address.
