As part of the online recreation of the event, NASA is releasing previously unseen footage of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walking on the moon.

You can follow along the Apollo 11 recreation mission to the moon from the web site, through Facebook, and also through Twitter. There will be 3 Twitter feeds which will represent Mission Control (@AP11_Capcom), the Apollo 11 spacecraft (@AP11_Spacecraft), and the Eagle Lunar Module (@AP11_Eagle).
