Comcast Issue Resolved
We are glad to report that the issue identified earlier this week with Comcast blocking email to Comcast.net accounts is now resolved. Emails being sent to Comcast.net accounts from c4.net accounts are now delivering to the Comcast.net accounts without issue.
The issue with emails being blocked was a result of a recent change made to the Comcast spam filtering engine. We have been given contact information for people to call within Comcast, should the problem arise again.
