Below is a list of a few of our more recent web site endeavors. In addition
to these, our developers have worked as a team on hundreds of other projects
over the past decade.
FoodCount.com Inc.
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
Web Site:
http://www.foodcount.com
c4.net was instrumental in taking FoodCount.com from inception to launch,
including all stages of the web site design and development process. Among the
project highlights, c4.net programmers imported the United States Department
of Agriculture nutritional data and created a searchable, user-friendly
interface from which Internet users can determine the relative nutritional
value of the foods they eat daily.
Jeff Dillon, President of FoodCount.com Inc., says of c4.net, "The
development team at c4.net goes the extra mile to communicate the technical
issues behind my site. I truly believe FoodCount.com would not have
succeeded without c4.net."
c4.net continues to work in cooperation with FoodCount.com to develop new
and exciting enhancements to the web site.
Visitor Information Network Services
Location: Massachusetts
Customer Web Site:
http://www.massvisit.net/
VINS is comprised of the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism, the
Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, the Massachusetts Highway Department, and
the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. In cooperation with VINS, c4.net
programmers have designed a number of dynamic and interactive Web sites,
including a regional current events database
(http://www.capeevents.com),
business directory for Cape Cod and the Islands
(http://www.capecodislands.com),
as well as current vacancies database for the lodging industry
(http://www.capecodchambers.com).
Protection Plus Auto Polishing
Web Site:
http://www.shinycars.net/
Location: Orleans, Massachusetts
When c4.net got together with Chris Taloumis of Protection Plus Auto
Polishing to redesign the Protection
Plus web site. The goals were to come up with a more exciting design and
to incorporate the classic car
sales portion of the Protection Plus business into the site.
In addition to meeting our original goals, we think we've captured
Protection Plus's brand, a clean precision and attention to detail, in the
design of the site itself. Of course, that wasn't terribly difficult when
you've been given a lot of quality
pictures of beautiful cars. :)
Protection Plus has been in the business of fine auto detailing since 1985,
all under the same ownership and management. Though their web site won't
give away the secret to what makes their
packages so unique, you can
imagine that it has something to do with their precise attention to detail
and their passion for cars.
Capeshores Charters
Location: Chatham, Massachusetts
Customer Web Site:
http://www.sportfishingcapecod.com
Capeshores Charters is a true Internet success story. Within two years,
Captain Bruce Peters was seeing a greater return on investment using the web
than all the rest of his marketing endeavors combined.
c4.net is delighted to play a role in this story. In addition to the design
of the site, c4.net built a database driven application which allows Bruce
to add fishing reports to his site in real time. This infuses the site with
a personal and fresh appeal that visitors definitely pick up on.
Of c4.net, Bruce has this to say: "When I put my business online, I wanted
to have a knowledgeable local company present me to the world. Without the
help of the friendly professionals at c4.net, I would not be having the
success I now enjoy."
