Dial-Up Issue Resolved

We have officially completed taking down the Orleans Network Operations Center, and redeployed it in our new Harwich facility. There was a hardware issue with a failed card yesterday, which caused intermittent dropped calls and failed dial-up connections. This dial-up issue has been fixed and we believe that the dial-up issues are now resolved.
If you are a dial-up customer, you must be using the new Harwich phone number 508.432.0791. Using the old Orleans dial-up numbers will no longer work, and will result in a busy signal tone.
