The amount of email spam has increased dramatically in the past few days. Our spam filters are still catching the same percentage of spam, but due to the overall increase in spam, you may be receiving more spam in your email box. We are aware of this problem, and are investigating it and working with our email service vendor to improve the spam catch rate. We apologize any inconvenience in the meantime, thank you. UPDATE as of 2:00pm 10/30/2006: The issue with extra spam making it into people's mail boxes appears to have subsided. Thank you for your patience with this matter! |
