If you feel that the support on your new major brand PC is not what it should be, you are not alone. A survey by IDG with 27,000 respondents found that every major brand PC manufacturer fell in every category of support. People report longer hold times to talk to less knowledgeable support staff and fewer resolutions to the problems they encounter with their major brand PCs. On the upside, the same respondents said that computers were, in general, getting more reliable.
